Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled EST Mechanical Technician to join our Packaging Maintenance team at the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado. As an EST Mechanical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility, enabling us to produce high-quality beer efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of long-term equipment maintenance strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment issues, including corrective adjustments, timing changes, modifications, and parts replacements in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on assigned categories of packaging equipment, understanding the complete equipment strategy and leading maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability efforts.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Planners, Line Support Mechanics, Instrumentation Controls Electricians, QC, and production teams to solve recurring problems and major breakdowns.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis and contribute to a safe workplace by performing tasks in a safe manner, demonstrating the use of safety equipment, and adhering to Lock Out/Tag Out/Try Out safety rules, codes, policies, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; experience in industrial maintenance environments and fabrication of parts using basic shop tools a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand manual and drawings, work in a team environment, and lift routine loads of 50 pounds.
  • Frequent stooping or crawling in cramped quarters and underneath equipment.

Hourly Rate: $40.14
