Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to join our extraordinary team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless intake and referral processes, providing accurate information about hospice services, and advocating for patients' needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A current RN license in the state(s) you will be employed
- A minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in a setting such as hospice, home health, clinical liaison, or RN educator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centered approach with empathy and compassion
