Concrete Restoration Foreman Opportunity

Houck Services, Inc., a leading Commercial and Industrial Specialty Contractor, is seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Foreman to join the Commercial Industrial Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of concrete restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on site and available for use.
  • Supervise and direct crew members to perform work efficiently, safely, and in accordance with safety standards and project schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
  • Accurately complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding site needs.
  • Take daily photos of the jobsite for documentation purposes.
Requirements:
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Physical for company truck operation.
  • Concrete and carpentry skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of materials and their proper use on site.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Driver's License required.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift 80 pounds.
