We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school district near Santa Clara, CA. This full-time position will require the SLP to work 35 hours per week, providing essential speech-language services to students.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs and achieve IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the educational environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, session notes, and IEP documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals and objectives.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
