Hildebrand, a leading organization dedicated to providing housing solutions for families in need, is seeking a highly skilled Residential Assistant to support our mission of disrupting the cycle of homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming living environment for families in our care
  • Ensure each family has a safe and adequately furnished room, promoting a sense of home and community
  • Monitor facility cleanliness and orderliness during shift, upholding high standards of maintenance and upkeep
  • Enforce rules and protocols governing community living, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility
  • Assist with Re-Housing Plan activities for families to achieve independence, providing guidance and support throughout the process
  • Participate in staff meetings and training programs, staying informed and engaged in our organization's goals and initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in human services or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Human Services or Residential Program setting, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • CPR/SFA Certification required within 30 days of hire, demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being
  • Bilingual in Haitian Creole or Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm, 40 hours per week, providing a stable and predictable work environment
