Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $15.00-16.00/hr, with competitive benefits including a monthly stipend of $43, an HSA with company match, and a 401k plan after 6 months of service with company match.

Job Description

This role involves assisting the Physical Therapist with patient care and implementing treatment plans, maintaining effective communication with patients, family members, and other departments, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

  • Assists in implementing treatment plans and providing high-quality patient care.
  • Maintains accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
  • Provides excellent customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Contributes to a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Participates in supply inventory management and stocking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent (HSD/GED).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting.

Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, preferably with orthopedics, is highly valued.
