Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Direct and mentor the night shift custodial personnel to guarantee effective cleaning operations. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster employee growth.
- Operational Management: Develop and implement nightly cleaning schedules to uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Ensure adherence to health and sanitation regulations.
- Safety Oversight: Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and address safety hazards promptly.
- Resource Coordination: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment usage, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections of park areas to verify cleanliness and safety, addressing any issues or guest complaints effectively.
- Training and Development: Onboard new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols, while providing ongoing training for existing team members.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, cleaning logs, and safety training, and prepare operational budgets.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in custodial services, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with custodial management software preferred.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments.
