Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic healthcare services to patients in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, and independent living environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide general medical care to adults and geriatric patients, addressing both acute and chronic primary care complaints.
- Establish and document reasonable medical diagnoses, ordering pertinent diagnostic laboratory and radiology testing as needed.
- Create and implement a medical plan of care, performing diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures within your level of training and expertise.
- Perform timely documentation and billing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience.
- Full-time position, Monday-Friday.
- Dental insurance, health insurance, and CME reimbursement.
Work Environment
- Skilled nursing facilities.
- Assisted living facilities.
- Memory care facilities.
