Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic healthcare services to patients in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, and independent living environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general medical care to adults and geriatric patients, addressing both acute and chronic primary care complaints.
  • Establish and document reasonable medical diagnoses, ordering pertinent diagnostic laboratory and radiology testing as needed.
  • Create and implement a medical plan of care, performing diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures within your level of training and expertise.
  • Perform timely documentation and billing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience.
  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday.
  • Dental insurance, health insurance, and CME reimbursement.

Work Environment

  • Skilled nursing facilities.
  • Assisted living facilities.
  • Memory care facilities.
