Financial Control Associate

We are a leader in the pet care industry, driving innovation and growth through our commitment to excellence. As a Financial Control Associate - Marketing Expense, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our marketing spend process.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a central point of contact for multiple budget owners, providing expert guidance on marketing spend and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Translate marketing promotions into financial plans, working closely with marketing budget owners to review and validate cost estimates.
- Manage purchase orders from requisition to invoicing, ensuring seamless collaboration with purchasing, market research, and factory teams.
- Lead weekly/monthly status meetings with marketing teams, providing clear and timely reporting on variances to plan and potential issues.
- Build and forecast accurate plan dates for activities within SAP, ensuring proper monthly accruals on the P&L.
- Enforce Product Fix Marketing Expense Operating Standards, advising marketing partners on maintaining integrity of reported results.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance, or related field.
- Internship experience in Accounting/Finance or 1+ years of Accounting/Finance experience.
- 1+ years of experience using Excel.
- Power Bi experience.
