Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients in wellness and recovery plan development and provide teaching on wellness and recovery.
  • Responsible for timely and complete clinical documentation.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's Degree in a recognized recreational therapy or related field with a defined course of study addressing assessment and treatment for persons with mental illness is required; a master's is preferred.
  • Two years prior, work experience as an activity therapist.
