- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional hospitality skills and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of bar operations.
- Foster positive working relationships with all team members, ensuring effective communication and a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in all aspects of bar operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar environment, with a strong background in bar management and leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Annual salary of $75,000-$80,000, plus bonus potential.
