We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Pathologist to join our fantastic team in southern Delaware. With a well-respected group that has been providing outstanding quality pathology services for over two decades, this opportunity is ideal for those who value autonomy and growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation package includes company contributions towards medical benefits for individuals and families, as well as an annual bonus and profit sharing. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a rotating call schedule that rarely requires being called in. However, when needed, it may be for gift of life/organ donor calls or blood bank questions.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and develop your skills in various areas. With an open-door policy among staff and pathologists, we foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning. Our team consists of 10 pathologists supporting the pathology departments at three community hospitals and several surgical centers.

Southern Delaware offers a unique blend of outdoor enthusiasts' paradise, with beaches on the Delaware Bay, boating, hunting, and golfing at your doorstep. Additionally, you will have access to excellent schools in the area, making it an attractive location for families.
