Medical Director Pathologist Opportunity in Southern Delaware

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Pathologist to join our fantastic team in southern Delaware. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality pathology services at 3 community hospitals and several surgical centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 10 pathologists, including sub-specialties in Dermatopathology and Hematopathology
- Work on various types of cases, with a high level of autonomy
- Contribute to building strong relationships with the local medical community

Requirements:- Board Certification in Pathology
- Experience in leading a team or as a department director
- Sub-specialty training in Dermatopathology and/or Hematopathology (desired)
The estimated salary for this role is $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes base salary, bonus, and profit sharing.
