Job Summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lineman to join our electrical team in Arlington, TX. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of lineworkers to ensure the safe and efficient execution of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Leadership: Ensure the safety of all crew members and the safe execution of electrical work.
  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate daily schedules, identify potential hazards, and record work activities.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest level of quality in electrical work, including distribution work, craftwork, and processes.
  • Communication: Provide regular reports to management and customers, as directed.
  • Inventory Management: Control inventory of crew materials, including ordering, reordering, and conducting quarterly/monthly inventory counts.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members assigned to your crew.
  • Subcontractor Management: Direct workflow and approve work performed by subcontractors.
