About the RoleAs a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering medical treatment and personal care services to adult clients. You will also recommend and implement all medical policies and procedures for nursing services in our Inpatient Care Center. We offer a competitive salary of $35.00 per hour, based on experience, as well as various benefits and perks.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with healthcare professionals to provide necessary care and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Review client medication supplies and set up, and assess and develop treatment plans with the client's outreach coordinator as related to medical needs and medication.
- Administer medications, including injections, and conduct client education programs according to needs identified, including health and wellness education.
- Plan, conduct, or coordinate staff development programs based on need and as assigned, and participate in staff meetings and other meetings as requested or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Two years' experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
- Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse or ability to obtain Indiana license required.
- Competitive salary of $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Up to $8/hour in shift differential.
