Summary:
At Rochester Regional Health, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Pediatric Unit. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional patient care, working closely with families to ensure their needs are met with kindness, respect, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Satisfaction: Solicit and respond to patient feedback to improve service and processes that enhance the patient experience.
- Medication Administration & Reporting: Administer medication and provide relevant reports, both written and verbal.
- Documentation: Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete patient care documentation using our computerized medical record process.
Requirements:
- AS: Nursing (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
- RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
Physical Requirements:
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
