Job Summary

As an Employee Health Specialist at The University of Rochester, you will play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and safe work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality nursing care and immunizations for pre-employment requirements, annual health updates, vaccination clinics, work-related injuries and illnesses, and employee contagion & exposures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and immunizations for employees
  • Conduct annual health updates and vaccination clinics
  • Respond to work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Monitor and manage employee contagion & exposures
Requirements
  • Three years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and education principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
