Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Associate - Operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Management Associate program provides individuals with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in various roles within the company. As a Management Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your leadership skills, and gain valuable experience in a manufacturing setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Apply technical expertise to improve production processes.
  • Lead teams of experienced technicians to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other production and maintenance managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Select, train, and mentor employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science.
  • Recent graduate or less than three years of professional work experience.
  • Strong interest in a hands-on assignment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
