Job Title: Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle implementation projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop and execute project plans, establish staffing requirements, and adjust as needed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, and drive completion by the team
  • Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to ensure project success
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with all parties involved, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements
  • Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Homebuilding or Construction experience preferred
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, or Microsoft Project
Work Environment:

The work environment is representative of an office/field setting

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate
