About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Allina Health. As a key member of our Mental Health and Addiction Clinical Service Line, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial clinical assessments and complete diagnostic evaluations that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions as identified by treatment plans.
  • Coordinate treatment with other community agencies and providers when necessary.
  • Document patient progress and participation in treatment planning.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mental Health or a related field.
  • 2+ years of licensed practice experience.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Graduate Social Worker, or other relevant licenses.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
