About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Highmark Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in evaluating and treating patients with injuries or diseases resulting in loss of physical or functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' conditions and establish goals and plans of care that are appropriate to their problems and involve the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.
  • Perform therapy interventions using standard and specialized physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
  • Complete documentation to comply with department, hospital, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives for operational improvement, including committees and educational offerings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligible

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Current state driver's license
