Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system to accurately process customer transactions and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Unload product from delivery trucks and stock shelves with products for customers to purchase.
  • Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and reporting inventory levels, and performing cycle counts as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and well-merchandised displays of products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with special events, and participating in company-sponsored training programs.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 14 years old or older.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Basic math skills are required for accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.
