About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to join our team at Boise Ballroom Dance LLC. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting private and group dance classes, helping students reach their personal dance goals, and providing a fun and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach private and group dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest dance techniques and trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in dance instruction or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for dance and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
