About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to join our team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching private and group dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in studio events and competitions as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of dance experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to teach dance classes
