We're seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at BlazerJobs, providing virtual therapy sessions for students with communication disorders in Virginia.

Compensation: The estimated hourly pay for this role is $35, offering a competitive rate for a Speech Therapist in the region.

Job Description: As a Speech Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering teletherapy services to students with communication disorders. This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week, with a start date of August 2024 and an end date of June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general school-based SLP services to students in PreK to 12th grade.
  • Perform speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Requirements:

  • Virginia SLP License.
  • At least 2 years of recent school experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • ASHA Certification and CCCs.
  • Active SLP Licensure.
