Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regional HR Coordinator to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide localized HR support to assigned regions, ensuring compliance with RHA and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

The Regional HR Coordinator will assist with employee investigations, personnel record management, new employee orientation, and unemployment claims. You will also provide guidance on ADA/FMLA, employee relations, and regional human resources support. Additionally, you will participate in mergers and acquisitions, sourcing and recruitment, and travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee investigations, including conducting interviews and gathering necessary facts and documentation.
  • Manage personnel records, ensuring completeness and compliance with RHA and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation, providing HR training and organizational overview.
  • Complete I-9 forms and ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Assist with unemployment claims, gathering and providing requested separation information timely.
  • Provide guidance on ADA/FMLA, employee relations, and regional human resources support.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions, sourcing and recruitment, and travel within the assigned region.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience required; 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
