Job Title: Senior Structural Bridge Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Bridges Team, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of complex bridge projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and analysis of bridge projects, including the development of structural models and the application of advanced engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the design and delivery of bridge projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, and contribute to the development of the team's technical expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in bridge design and analysis, with a strong background in structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex bridge projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software such as AASHTOWare, BRASS, CSiBridge, and others.
