About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized treatments and medications to residents
  • Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
  • Go over care options with residents and family members
  • Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
  • Ensure nursing standards and facility policies are met
  • Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
  • Help with investigations into incidents, ensuring they're reported accurately
  • Train nursing staff and supervise them

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
