The Role
  • Receiving and organizing food orders from servers to ensure timely delivery to guests.
  • Working closely with the Chef de Cuisine (COD) to coordinate menu preparation and presentation.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to address any issues or concerns.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your ability to multitask, think on your feet, and communicate effectively will be essential in this position.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food Expeditor or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
