Job OverviewAs a Waterproofing Specialist with RU Worthy LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to support worksite operations through manual labor tasks, including maintaining a clean work environment, assisting onsite tradespeople, and operating power tools and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and organized worksite by collecting excess building materials and reporting any hazards or equipment in need of repair
  • Collaborate with onsite tradespeople to achieve project goals
  • Transport materials and equipment between locations
  • Operate power tools and industrial equipment safely and efficiently
  • Set up cones and warning signs to enhance visibility
  • Construct, transfer, and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding
  • Perform other manual labor tasks as directed by the foreman or supervisor
Requirements
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is a plus
