Diedre Moire Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machine tools, including vertical milling centers, horizontal milling centers, multi-axis turning centers, cylindrical grinding machines, bed mills, and high production multi-axis chuckers and cells.
- Assemble, commission, troubleshoot, and repair high-tech electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic machine tool components and peripherals.
- Work with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, AC, DC, servo motors, and drives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and optimize production.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of machine tools.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, AC, DC, servo motors, and drives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
