Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality x-ray images of designated body areas as instructed by physicians or radiologists, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Conduct x-ray procedures utilizing portable machines as requested by the Emergency Department and nursing units.
- Process films for radiological interpretation in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms by changing linens, restocking supplies, and sanitizing equipment.
- Prepare and assist in administering contrast agents, monitoring dosages and potential allergies to comply with departmental policies.
- Ensure accurate patient records by updating and maintaining patient film jackets and filing reports.
- Oversee imaging and processing equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting any malfunctions.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited radiological training program and eligibility for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position will be determined based on experience.
