About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative in Pinellas Bradenton Market, Ellenton, Florida. As a key member of our financial center team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients using self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through these technologies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Executing the bank's risk culture and striving for operational excellence;
  • Building relationships with clients to meet their financial needs;
  • FOLLOWING ESTABLISHED PROCESSES AND GUIDELINES IN DAILY ACTIVITIES TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR CLIENTS AND THE BANK, ADHERING TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS;
  • Growing business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments;
  • Managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively;
  • Driving the client experience;
  • Managing cash responsibilities;

  • Efficient time management skills;
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed;
Estimated Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
