Dunkin' Donuts Baker/Finisher

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Baker/Finisher to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality products according to operational and quality standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that our customers receive an exceptional experience in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake muffins and breads to meet operational standards
• Set up products in the donut case on time to meet customer demand
• Manage inventory of received products to ensure efficient use of resources
• Perform donut finisher duties, including filling and frosting of donuts, to meet quality standards
• Clean and maintain the work station at the end of each shift

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent baking and finishing skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
