Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Analyze and diagnose customer garage door problems, design customized door solutions, and make in-home sales presentations using product samples and design software.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards, providing timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
- Marketing Support: Utilize a steady flow of prequalified company leads and marketing support to build your territory and drive sales growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
