As a Concrete Construction Specialist, you will work alongside experienced Finishers, Block Layers, or Footing Installers to ensure the successful completion of each project. Your responsibilities will involve assisting with various tasks, including building forms, placing concrete using tools like floats, rakes, and shovels, mixing mortar for block laying, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite.

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, a willingness to learn, and a keen attention to detail. A positive attitude and collaborative spirit are essential for success within our team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Concrete Finishers, Block Layers, or Footing Installers to execute daily project plans.
  • Construct and utilize forms to shape concrete according to specified lines and grades.
  • Employ a range of tools, including straight-edges, floats, rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrows, to effectively place concrete.
  • Support Block Layers by mixing mortar, setting up scaffolding, and supplying necessary materials to maintain production standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of surfaces, tools, equipment, trucks, trailers, and work areas.
Qualifications:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn, retain, and apply training effectively.
  • Exhibit teamwork and collaboration skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Engage in intermittent and repetitive physical activities, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven terrain, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, racking, and the ability to lift and work with weights exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Be prepared to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
