Mental Health Professional Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Quality Correctional Health Care (QCHC). As a Mental Health Professional, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to inmates in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for inmates.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to assist inmates in managing their mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with medical and correctional staff to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current, valid license in the field (LMSW, LCSW, or LPC-MHSP).
  • Highly esteemed in moral and ethical character.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients.
  • Maintains annual continuing education requirements.
