Next Generation Wireless (NGW) is a leading provider of wireless services, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Pella, IA sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
