About the Role

The Shift Leader position at Papa John's - Newcastle requires a motivated individual to oversee shifts, manage operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This critical role contributes significantly to our restaurant's success, driving sales and revenue through effective management practices.

Main Tasks:

  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect food preparation, presentation, and service quality to meet company standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to support team members' growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous restaurant experience, preferably as a shift leader.

Compensation: An estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, dependent on performance and location. Our benefits package includes competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a collaborative work environment with Papa John's - Newcastle.
