Program Structure:
This is a structured rotation program aimed at preparing candidates for the position of Hardware Debug Engineer. Selected candidates will:
  • Engage in a paid program as entry-level engineers.
  • Participate in three distinct rotations, each lasting six months:
    • First rotation: Collaborate with the manufacturing test technician team.
    • Second rotation: Work alongside the DVT team.
    • Third rotation: Focus on low-level debug boards.

Throughout each rotation, candidates will undergo evaluations to assess their competencies and growth.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (please include GPA in your application).
  • A minimum of three months of practical experience in electronics, either through academic projects or internships.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • A strong willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
