AutoCamp is a lifestyle hotel brand that offers an upscale, hassle-free, and comfortable experience in the great outdoors. We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our guest accommodations according to AutoCamp's high standards.

Job Description:

  • Clean all assigned rooms thoroughly, including dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, making beds, removing trash, and scouring bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Straighten kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and furniture items.
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, counters, and furnishings.
  • Sweep, mop, and care for floors.
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies, and maintain inventory of every item replaced in guest-rooms.
  • Communicate the status of cleaned rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Report lost and found items, damaged or missing items, and exceptional circumstances to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Use designated cleaning products properly and safely.
  • Follow proper handling procedures for dirty rags/linens.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping cart.
  • Follow proper key code control procedures.
  • Assist guests with questions and requests.
  • Represent AutoCamp in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Able to arrive for assigned shifts on time.
  • Understanding of how to properly use assigned cleaning equipment and products.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning product handling and safety procedures.
  • Able to solve practical problems and navigate ambiguous situations.
