Wood Assembly Specialist

V R Della Infotech Inc is seeking a skilled Wood Operator to join our team. As a Wood Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and operating wood machines to manufacture parts that meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble door shells using pneumatic and manual tools in a fast-paced environment, ensuring correct components are used.
- Operate and maintain wood machines to ensure efficient production.
- Responsible for quality and production, troubleshooting required to meet customer specifications.
- Load and unload parts on the assembly line to ensure smooth production.
- Follow work instructions and pay attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Follow safety and PPE procedures and report any violations to supervisors or safety personnel.
- Achieve daily targets and output of production to meet customer demands.
- Meet quality standards for the assembly line to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow work practices that adhere to OSHA standards and company guidelines.
- Work with leadership and quality teams to resolve issues and improve production.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Able to read and write in English preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills with ability to perform calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and compare measurements to specifications.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to understand English.
