  • Conduct site inspections, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure effective communication.
  • Expertise in negotiation and financial management.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as CoConstruct, Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Maintain thorough job logs on-site for each assignment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for designated subcontractors.
  • Exhibit strong decision-making skills and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Prepare documentation and potentially engage with clients on-site.
  • Prior experience in residential renovations; experience with new construction is not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and home expansion projects.
  • Understanding of layouts, take-offs, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-driven, organized, and an early riser.
  • A collaborative team member with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks, including basic site maintenance if necessary.
