About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Infrastructure team in the US West region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our technical staff to develop proposal submissions that showcase our expertise and capabilities.
  • Provide marketing support for all aspects of the pursuit process, including workflow coordination, go assessments, resource requirements, technical content needs, interview coaching, and debriefs.
  • Prepare high-impact materials, including proposals, presentations, qualifications, and other communications, in line with Stantec's visual brand and written voice.
  • Work with marketing, public relations, and technical partners on targeted publications, e-campaigns, promotional materials, and key conferences/tradeshows.
  • Maintain Stantec's internal marketing databases for information related to people, projects, pursuits, and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and tools, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • A desire to be part of a team that supports each other and values work-life balance.
  • Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in-person and virtually.
  • A passion for people, building trust, and fostering solid relationships.
  • Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in the AEC industry.
  • Experience in the transportation and community development fields are a plus, but not required.
