Job Overview

Salary Range: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing visits according to treatment plans prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
  • A valid LPN or LVN license in the state where you operate.
  • CPR certification.
