  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of games and supplies, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Phone and Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and phone calls, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, to improve the overall customer experience and enhance the success of our business.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

As a Game Attendant at Round1, you will work in a dynamic and energetic environment, surrounded by the excitement of our games and attractions. You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods, and may be exposed to loud noises and dust.

Physical Demands
  • Physical Activity: Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
  • Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
