Job Title: Workers Compensation Defense Associate Attorney

Wintersteen Casarez Law Corporation is seeking an exceptional Attorney to join our team and contribute to the growth of our practice.

As a Workers Compensation Defense Associate Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys to manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution.

You will be responsible for all aspects of discovery and litigation, including working with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees;
  • Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing;
  • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability;
  • Excellent written and oral communication;
  • Commitment to proactive case management;
  • Experience in Merus and/or Litify is preferred but not required;
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred but not required.
