About the Role

Maintenance technicians play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. As an industrial maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Respond to equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns, troubleshooting and repairing or replacing worn or defective parts as needed.
  • Operate machine shop equipment to make required parts and maintain a clean work area.
  • Practice and comply with all company policies and procedures, including EEO, Harassment, Safety, and Sarbanes Oxley.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in hands-on industrial maintenance and/or formal industrial maintenance training.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance, welding, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, PLC programming and troubleshooting, industrial equipment installations and maintenance, and start-up repairs.
  • High school diploma or GED, plus 2 years of technical education or equivalent military training.
