About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab department. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited nursing program
- At least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting
- Current Texas RN license or temporary license with the ability to obtain permanent licensure within 90 days
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Other credentials and certifications as defined by the unit/service line
