The Hospice Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in the planning, coordination, delivery, and documentation of patient care from admission to discharge. By following physicians' orders and utilizing professional expertise, the Hospice RN creates and executes a tailored care plan that aligns with each patient's unique needs while adhering to the standards set by accrediting organizations, as well as federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospice or oncology setting is highly desirable.
  • Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
